01. Acceptance of Terms

02. Service Description
ACTS247 provides management services for the [Google Ad Grants](http://localhost:3000/#ads) program, media suites, and church operations tools. We act as a third-party manager and are not affiliated with Google LLC.
03. Grant Eligibility
While we assist in the application process, the final approval for a Google Ad Grant rests solely with Google. ACTS247 does not guarantee grant approval or specific advertising results.
04. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ACTS247 be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
