Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by ACTS247 — including the ACTS/247 dashboard, web design services, print services, Google Ads management, or any other digital service — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

02. Services Provided

ACTS247 provides the following services:

• ACTS/247 Dashboard — church management software including member management, giving tracker, volunteer scheduling, prayer systems, event calendar, and pastoral care tools
• Google Ads Management — campaign setup, management, and reporting for standard and Google Ad Grant accounts
• Web Design & Development — landing pages, full websites, and ongoing maintenance
• Print & Materials — design and fulfillment of business cards, flyers, banners, apparel, signage, and EDDM campaigns
• Branding & Identity — logo design, brand style guides, and identity systems

03. Subscriptions & Billing

The ACTS/247 dashboard is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize ACTS247 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate selected at signup.

• The 60-day free trial begins on the date of account creation. No charge is made until day 61.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
• Annual plans are billed in full at the start of the billing period and are non-refundable after 14 days.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

04. Google Ad Grant

ACTS247 assists qualifying nonprofit organizations in applying for and managing the Google Ad Grant program. Final approval rests solely with Google LLC. ACTS247 makes no guarantee of grant approval, ad performance, or specific results. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

05. Project-Based Services

Web design, print, branding, and other one-time services are governed by individual project agreements or scopes of work communicated via email prior to the start of work. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines are defined per project. ACTS247 retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

06. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ACTS247 services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
• Interfere with the operation of our platform or services

07. Your Data

Data you enter into the ACTS/247 platform — including member information, giving records, and church data — belongs to you. We do not sell or share it. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

08. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials created by ACTS247 remain the intellectual property of ACTS247 until full payment is received for the applicable project or service. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of custom deliverables (logos, websites, print files) transfers to you. The ACTS/247 platform software is licensed to you, not sold.

09. Limitation of Liability

ACTS247 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you to ACTS247 in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription or service agreement at any time. ACTS247 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will end at the close of the current billing period.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as our services grow. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ACTS247 services will be resolved in the courts of Saline County, Arkansas.
