ACTS247 is a digital services company based in Benton, Arkansas. We serve apostolic churches, ministries, and kingdom-minded small businesses through three divisions: ACTS/247 (church management software), ACTS/Print (print design and fulfillment), and digital services including website design, Google Ads management, and branding.

02. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Church or business name and website
• Billing and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Member and congregation data entered into the ACTS/247 dashboard by authorized church administrators
• Communications you send us via contact forms, email, or WhatsApp

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

03. How We Use Your Information

Information we collect is used to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our software and services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Send service-related communications — account updates, receipts, and platform notices
• Fulfill print and design orders
• Manage Google Ads campaigns on behalf of clients

04. Church & Member Data

Data entered into the ACTS/247 dashboard — including member profiles, attendance records, giving history, prayer requests, and pastoral care notes — belongs to your church. We do not access, share, or use this data for any purpose other than providing the platform. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may request a full export or deletion of your church's data at any time by contacting us at hello@getacts247.com.

05. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Plaid — bank account sync (Full Suite plan only, authorized by you)
• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — platform hosting
• Google — Ads platform management for applicable clients
• Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data practices. We select partners we trust and do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.

06. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymized and does not identify individual users. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

07. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export anything you need. You may request deletion at any time.

08. Your Rights

09. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
